Bomb Threats To Delhi Schools: Today over 40 Delhi schools received bomb threats via emails. Students immediately sent home for safety.
Bomb Threats Sent Via E- Mails
On Monday morning, over 40 schools received bomb threats via emails in Delhi. According to the reports, the first threat was reported early morning at GD Goenka in Paschim Vihar at 6:15 a.m. Followed by a second threat at Delhi Public School(DPS) in RK Puram at around 7:00 a.m.
Students Immediately Evacuated
The buses were arriving in schools with students while everyone was busy with the morning assembly when the threats were sent. One after another 40 schools received bomb threats which was taken seriously by the school administrations.
Soon, all the students were immediately sent back to their homes for safety. The Delhi Police, Bomb Disposal Squad and Fire Department responded quickly.
