Surprising Comeback With Opening Day
The release of ‘Sanam Teri Kasam’ on February 7, 2025 has surprised everyone. The movie has made a strong comeback from the opening day.
On the opening day Sanam Teri Kasam had minted rupees 4.25 crore beating all the new bollywood releases including, Loveyapa and Badass Ravi Kumar. The collection peaked on Sunday when the figures reached Rs. 6.25 crore taking the opening week collection to Rs.15.50 crore net which is 170% higher than its original lifetime collection. With this box office success the re–releases are being welcomed by the audience.
Budget and Recovery
‘Sanam Teri Kasam’ was made with a budget of Rs. 18 crore which was a major flop as the movie had manage to earn only Rs. 9 crore which was half of its budget during the original release. But the re- release has got the makers around Rs.16 crore in the opening weekend.
The trending movie has not only recovered the entire budget but also minted a profit of Rs. 7 crore which is 38.8% return on the investment. Sanam Teri Kasam has also surpassed the re–opening of Interstellar in India. A film that once struggled is now winning the hearts all over again!!
