Supreme Court reprimands Ramdev Baba for misleading orders in Patanjali case

The Supreme Court issues a stern reprimand to Ramdev Baba for disregarding orders in the Patanjali case, emphasizing the importance of respecting court directives.

The Supreme Court has come down hard on Baba Ramdev and Patanjali, issuing a stern warning for repeatedly flouting their orders. During the hearing, both Baba Ramdev and Balakrishna were present in the court.

Despite Ramdev’s attempt to offer an unconditional apology through a letter, the court refused to accept it. The Solicitor General even suggested that an unconditional apology should be sought in this case.

Justice Amanullah made it clear that by disregarding the court’s orders three times, Baba Ramdev and Balakrishna will have to face the consequences. The court emphasized the importance of taking their orders seriously and not treating them lightly.

Questioning the sincerity of the apology letter, the court expressed their reluctance to show too much leniency in this matter. They highlighted the significance of respecting the court’s orders and stressed that those who make mistakes must also be willing to bear the consequences.

Accused of disrespecting the court, Ramdev Baba and Balakrishna faced the court’s reprimand for misleading orders in the Patanjali case. The court held them responsible for their actions, making it clear that there will be no room for disobedience or disregard for the judiciary’s authority.
