BCCI Confirms IPL Tournament Resume: The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has announced that the tournament, which had been temporarily suspended due to the ongoing war tensions will resume on May 17, 2025, with the final scheduled for June 3, 2025.

In an official statement, the BCCI said the decision was made after “detailed consultations with government authorities, security agencies, and all key stakeholders involved in the tournament.” The board emphasized that the safety and smooth conduct of the event were central to the discussions.
