In a shocking turn of events, popular YouTuber Elvish Yadav, also known as Siddharth Yadav, has found himself at the center of a controversy involving the alleged use of snake venom as a recreational drug at parties. The Enforcement Directorate has taken action by filing a money laundering case against Elvish Yadav and others based on charges initially filed by the Noida Police.

The investigation will primarily focus on the purported proceeds from a snake venom business and the alleged utilization of illicit funds for organizing parties. Elvish Yadav, who recently claimed victory on Bigg Boss OTT 2, was arrested by the Noida Police in connection with the snake venom case. However, he was later released on bail.

The case dates back to November when snake charmers were apprehended with cobras and vials of snake venom in a banquet hall. Notably, Elvish Yadav was reportedly not present at the venue during the police raid.

The ongoing probe is intensifying its scrutiny on the money laundering dimension of the case. YouTuber Siddharth Yadav, along with others connected to the investigation, is expected to be questioned as part of the process.

Elvish Yadav has been booked under various sections of the NDPS Act, Wildlife Protection Act, and IPC. He was among six individuals named in the FIR following the banquet hall incident. While the other accused were granted bail by a local court, the legal proceedings continue.
