On Wednesday, Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami visited Badrinath temple, offering prayers and seeking blessings from Lord Badri Vishal. As the Char Dham Yatra nears its conclusion, CM Dhami noted the significant turnout of devotees at the shrine. He also reviewed ongoing development projects in the area, meeting with temple priests, rights holders, and local shopkeepers to hear their concerns and experiences during this pilgrimage season.
Yatra Nears Completion with High Devotee Turnout
Despite the closing phase of the Yatra and four days left for the temple gates to close, Badrinath continues to attract a large number of devotees. Dhami expressed satisfaction with the arrangements, praising the smooth conduct of the pilgrimage this year.
Dhami’s Connection with the Community
Earlier, Dhami attended a Scheduled Caste pride conference in Agastyamuni, where he interacted with various age groups, demonstrating respect for elders and appreciation for women’s contributions. Known for his unique approach, CM Dhami has previously made headlines with his engagement in cultural activities, including drumming alongside traditional performers, as seen during his latest visit.
